Hello guys! I'm new in this forum and I excited . My english isn't very good because I'm Spanish . Well, this is my question... Is there a DS "Emulator" for 3DS compatible with Homebrew Launcher? In summary, If I can play DS games in my 3DS without a R4i Card. I'll wait your answers! :). I hope you can understand my horrible english.

C'mon man, that's no reason for having bad english. I'm spanish myslef.

And no, it would be neat but there's no DS loader for Homebrew launcher (Maybe if we ever see something like Nintendont for 3DS) you can still use lots of neat homebrew software or emulators

Well, Wii also could play Gamecube games natively. Theres always the wish of using backups.

This is what i ment when said in another thread that there's a relative lack of thirst for challenge with 3DS

Ok, here's the thing, the 3DS theoretically it can run any DS rom with a flashcard, this is possible since the 3DS is backwards compatible with the DS, therefore, making the use of flashcards possible for the loading of any NDS game that you want, the thing is, if you look the 3DS in a hardware perspective, the CPU of the 3DS is able to do it since said console is able to just switch off the system, and "downgrade" all of the procedures in order to fit the DS, if we want to do it with an SD Card, we would need a kernel exploit able to control EVERYTHING the 3DS has, including the possibility to give orders of any kind.

The 3DS Homebrew Launcher will not launch any kind of DS games (Or at least those with 9.3 and superior) but even then it isn't possible, not because we don't have the kernel exploit, if not, because this one doesn't have full accessibility to the most internal commands of the 3DS, we may have control of the 3DS games with cias, and with that we can play any kind of 3DS game, but NDS games are another thing, remember that the 3ds processor has to be downgraded in order to play them, and we don't have a kernel exploit powerful enough in order to do that.

Not at all. Theoretically I'm sure it would be possible, but there really is no point to it since DS-mode flashcarts are dirt cheap nowadays.
If Nintendo releases a DS game on the 3DS eShop someday it might be possible to inject other ROMs into it I'm sure, but until that happens we have nothing.

How cheap are 3DS compatible DS flascarts nowadays? (And where can i get one)

You can get them for as cheap as $10. As for where you can get them, I hear dsflashcart.com has some good cards, but I've never bought from them and I can't vouch for their legitimacy.
