I just cringe every time I have to power-cycle the Wii U. It just feels so wrong. And then it turns on and yells at you.. I'm sorry. We need to figure out how to disable that message popup :P
I also get update nags. So my poweron cycle takes over a minute everytime

I figured out how to stop "crash 3". I tried the exploit 23 more times. I messed with the curtains, bookmarks, etc... Every time, I got the garbled screen crash. However, when I went to another html page on my server (a java game), then I turned off the Wii U, it remembered the page and went to it. I then went to the exploit, and it worked perfectly. So, here is the solution:
1: Navigate to a webpage.
2: Exit the browser, while that page is still open.
3: Properly shut off the system.
4: Turn on the system, then run the exploit, it should work! (Although you may still get "Race attack failed" if you try the kernel exploit.)

Good catch!

In my end, I had to delete browser settings, put my localhost to a bookmark, load it, then load the payload folder :)

Has anyone tried RE'ing wiiu network protocol to preserve online for splatoon, mk8 and others when they take it down ? Oh, and yes, I know its aways off.

Is it going to be public soon?
It still needs a lot of work to really have something usable.
For the moment I can't load all games, but I see what's need to be done. And I still have network problems, it still crashes when loading some files.

so its like cafiine but loads from the browser without having to slect the game?
I'm using a modified cafiine that can handle all the filesystem functions (it's more complex than cafiine because the files doesn't exist at all in the console).

Am I correct in assuming that we have our first Wii U backup loader?
Don't except to run backups with that for the moment, because the network is very slow. Hope we can find a way to use usb storage or else =).

I wonder now, if rpx loading is a thing, could this lead to a proper homebrew loading?
One usage could be to use a modified code of a game. Like with cheats already in it =)
Or else you could download the update of one of your game (via UWizard), and replace the executable and the new files to enjoy the updated game.

I think most of us are glad your working on this.Question, can this lead to forcing a title to load arbitrary code outside of it's design ?
