I guess I have to word things properly for some people? Emunand is working. I thought it was obvious when I mentioned multi rom menu was functional.

I remember back in the day, some KARL devs that Nintendo left huge holes in 9.5... Where are they now?

Perhaps that was something about the fact that N3DS's latest useable emunand is 9.5, but I'm not sure.
Maybe nintendo finally sealed the fate of the ones that updated. This is why I stay on 9.2

At 15 you are old enough to work. Get a job at Maccas. Eight hours will get you a second hand old 3DS XL, ten hours a brand new old 3DS XL, eleven a brand new, new 3DS XL. Sell your old one afterwards and your parents would never know you replaced it.

Whaa... How's that even possible? Only the Wii U auto updates if i remember correctly.

This update doesn't include any new features, does it? It's just more patched exploits. If so, I find kind of weird that Nintendo labeled it as 10.0.0, rather than just 9.10.0
