Hi, I have a 3ds xl with 4.3U sysNand and Pokemon X and Pokemon OR installed as cias on the emunand 9.9. But I also have an Gateway Blue Card wich I use to play NDS Roms. Is there an Way to transfer the Pokemons in my .NDS roms to the XY and/or the ORAS using homebrew or something like that?

Pokebank cia I think
Pokebank and Poke Transporter are online (and paid) services, it will not work (for free at least). And it will not even recognise the linker as a Pokemon game.
I think you can export your NDS save, open it in PKHeX, and then copy your Pokemons on your X/Y/OR/AS save (use svdt for that).

It would be great if someone manage to develop a kind of "offline" homebrew Pokebank. (I'm going to talk about 3DS games only)
Because you know, when you transfer from XY to ORAS using PKHeX, you've got to change some informations to turn the Pokemon into a traded one... Not really that great when you're like me, with all the Pokedex on XY and want to transfer it on ORAS... I just take my competition Pokemon and just didn't complete the Pokedex. It would take too much time.

It would be nice if we could have an offline Pokebank: Every Pokemon would be store in a library file on the SD card and it would be possible to just transfer it from a game to another.
It's just an idea, I don't even know if it is manageable.

Actually, I don't see why it would be impossible, since we can access the decrypted savegames. And I agree, it would be awesome.
Now we just need to hope someone will make that... Or we can just do it ourselves (but personally, I don't know how to code, just the C basics, so... :P ).

I was going to ask a similar thing to the OP, but in my case I want to know if there's a simple way to bulk transfer all my GBA Sapphire/Leaf Green pokemon to OR/AS?
Long story short - after being a pokeholic throughout the first 3 gens, I didn't bother with any of the nds pokemon games (wasn't keen at all on the new designs for 'mons in those games), but I did try some of the hacked versions on my Acekard.

I've got a couple of NDS phats laying around, and the previously mentioned Acekard, but I don't relish the idea of transferring several hundred pokemon, six at a time, from the GBA cart to the NDS game... not to mention then having to transfer them all again to OR/AS via PKHeX.
I've got dumps of my GBA saves; is there anyway to transfer them to gen IV/V using either an emulator or a specific tool?

Doesn't PKHeX support GBA saves?

I was led to believe it did, but I don't know what format the save file needs to be in and couldn't get it to recognize my save dumps.

If anyone can find a link to a comprehensive guide to importing gen III pokemon with PKHeX I'd really appreciate it... I've just been googling like crazy, and everything I find says I need to import .pkm files - but they're from gen IV/V

An offline Pokebank as a Homebrew or cia would be awesome. A program that can identify .nds saves on a Flashcard and/or in the SD card and also identify the saves from an original game cartridge and extract the pokemons would be awesome for people who have played pokemons in NDS emulator on PC or in flashcards or even for those who have the original game but does not want to pay to transfer some pokemon. Does anybody know someone who can manage do program that?

if it couldn't be local, would be cool to have a PC program that acts like a second game, maybe just trades in a rattata or something.

PKHeX actually loads and converts legacy .pkm files to the new format. You can backup your XY/ORAS save using homebrew and import your old .pkm files into the save, then restore your edited save.

Yeah, but I want to import gen III pokemon... unfortunately, it seems the only way to do that is via Pal Park in gen IV and plugging my gen III cart into the gba slot on one of my nds'...
I've spent a few hours speed-running through Soul Silver on my Acekard and have just accessed Pal Park - first time playing through a Pokemon game post-gen III and in a way it was a shame I didn't have more time with it, but as I played GBC Silver to death back in the day I won't be losing any sleep over it! Afterall, I just want to trade my decade old 'mons up to gen VI :P

If you could somehow rip your save from your Gen III cart you can rip the pkm files out of the save and use PKHeX to import them into your Gen VI save.

I can rip the save, but it's as a .sav file and PKHeX doesn't recognize it. Plus, there's no way of converting the file to a format that PKHeX will read or extracting data as a .pkm format.
...I spent several hours googling this, reading literally hundreds of forum threads all over the web, and I haven't found even a clue that there's a simpler way than gen III > gen IV via Pal Park, gen IV > gen VI via PKHeX.

I think it would be actually better to just fake pokemon bank into thinking our computer is the pokebank server.
What I'm really mad is that they made poketransporter rely on pokemon bank. That should be offline and free, why make it online? There's not really any need for that. Dont' get me wrong, I'm fine paying for pokemon bank, but anually? No offline? Why no offline?

A homebrew pokemon bank is a feasible task, but the homebrew bank working as it should... that's a different matter. For that it wouldn't need to just change pokemon in boxes, but to update the pokedex with new pokemon entered in the bank. This is something even pkhex doesn't have (I don't know why, really. An option to go trough the boxes and set the pokedex entries to what the boxes have if not set already would be great when importing pokemon. I use the bank, but the feature would be great.

Also, does pkhex gen 5->6 conversion work exactly as poketransporter conversion? If it does, at leas we don't need pokemon bank for that.

@duwen: pkhex can directly import gen 3, 4 and 5 .pkm files, just open the gen 3, 4 or 5 save with a save editing tool that can export as .pkm

07/28/14 - New Update (2): (350)
- Added: Code Import to load Cyber Gadget Party/Box codes posted online.
- [SAV Tabs] -> [Tools] -> [Import PK6 from Code]
- Added: Import of 3rd & 4th Gen PKM Files (.3gpkm/.pkm); PKHeX now does 3/4/5->6.

You can trade Pokemon from a Flash Cart rom to a real cartrage, from there you can transfer them forward as normal!

This would require a second console say your older Nintendo DS, or a second 3DS!

Well, like I've said before, that's what I was led to believe... so tell me with what, and how, do I convert the GBA .sav to a .pkm to use with PKHex? ...because I've been searching for several weeks and all the information I've found seems to point at the fact that it can't be done.
Pokesav will do it for gen IV, and I was hoping that Pokemon Editor (along with all the other gen III tools I've found) would allow me to choose a format to 'save as', but it doesn't.
