Hacking Need help with DrSchottky multilauncher

I don't know if i can ask for it but i would like to modify the index.html in the multilauncher https://github.com/DrSchottky/3DS-MultiLauncher
to change the regionthree button with a cakes one launching cakes.dat instead of regionthree.

I have tried to modify index.html with wordpad and firefox but i understand nothing to the source code

Why firefox?, it's a browser, not a server!
so i looked the code and index.html is a webpage with different payloads (but it's weird...) and launch.html is Iframe with another payload... i'm not sure.
I think the "project" is not finish...

Edit: it's work but i don't test with 3ds...

I unobfuscated the web page so that you can understand the source code, it may be normal if it does not work?!
