Hacking RXTOOLS How to View and Accept the End-User License Agreement?

I have a 9.2 JP o3DS with 9.9 emunand running a US copy of mario kart, and when I try to go online it asks me to accept the EULA. I already accepted the EULA but it still asks me for it. Is there a way to fix this?

I got mine to work by installing Config.cia and setting the EULA value to ff.ff.

I wasn't able to find the Config.cia file online so I had to download the leaked SDK and convert Config.csu to Config.cia. There's a topic on gbatemp somewhere that'll provide the .rsf needed to do the conversion, as well as the needed steps.

No, of course the .cia is signed.

But that won't matter because rxTools has signature checks patched.

How are you running FBI, from Ninjhax or have you installed it on your emuNAND? Did you do what was suggested in this post, or were you able to find a config.cia online?

so here's what i did:

rxtools is successfully installed, updated emunand to 9.9 as well. i got FBI installed through the health and safety as well. i tried a legit mario kart 7 cia install and that worked. to my surprise, it doesn't work online since i'm running a JP 9.2 3DS and it wants me to accept the EULA. I got config.cia and it won't let me install it due to the file not being verified or something. am i missing a step?
