Hacking [Release] rxTools - Roxas75 3DS Toolkit [fw 2.0 - 9.2]

Sorry I keep asking questions but I really don't want to brick my 3ds.

It works for anybody between 4.X and 9.2. And that's does'nt mean that you can't return to your setting after that, everything will work exactly like before.

Can I still run this in unpatched SysNAND(No rxMode, no DEVMODE, etc)? How often does the O3DS get bricked doing this?
Once I do this can I still revert system settings?

is there a guide on how to use mset 6.x?
i have a 2ds in 9.2

- Download the 6.X mset with 3dnus
USA 0004001000021000 v5128
EUR 0004001000022000 v5127
JPN 0004001000020000 v5127
- Inject FBI on your sysnand
- Use it to install FBI 1.4.2 or devmenu_2x on your synand
- Install the 6.X mset on your sysnand with FBI or devmenu.

This is for pastaCFW but this works with the new rxTools too if you run it in devmode :

- Go to "DEVMODE" into "ADVANCED OPTIONS" in the rxTools menu.


Same probleme with ninjhax, only on 9.X...

When I try to downgrade MSET I get a message saying my MSET is exploitable. But when I go to the URL my browser it crashes and then when I goto System Settings and DS Profile my message is changed to "YS:/rxTools.dat" any help?

You need to downgrade your System Settings if your firmware is >=7.0.

I already did that it just says it is already exploitable after running it the first time. I also still have NNID Menu.

Try with System Settings v4.x (the one included with the latest Gateway release.)

I bricked my old 3ds messing with some stuff. what's the most painless way to go about maintaining my old emunand/sd card on my new (old) 3ds WITHOUT entirely reformatting?

Or you can reinject a working emuNAND using emuNAND tool .

No, you can use an emunand from one console in another one.

The emuNand are console specific and cannot be used in a different console. If you have the Fat16 Nand Xorpad from the bricked unit you could copy the profile data from that nand and inject it into another but you can't use the emuNand from one 3DS on another as the have console specific data in it.

I know people are having fun and all but why cant people just wait for the Devs to come back and fix all the issues being reported. Not playing certain games on your 3DS for 1-2 more weeks is not going to kill you.

I happy with 2.6 for now. Once they fix the Internet Browser issues I'll jump onto the 3.0 bandwagon.

I do hope that N3DS support doesn't take too long as I'd love to give my Gateway the boot.

Pretty much in the same boat, im fine with pasta and playing pokemon heart gold on the blue card until everything gets sorted out.

Indeed that would be nice but we have the whitelist downgrade for Sysnand so that would be a little redundant don't you think?

Being able to play DS Roms in emuNand would prevent the DS Profile hack from having to be reinstalled every time a DS game is launched.
