Just a heads up, but here's the bricking "schematic", if you will, for system formats.

O3DS/O3DSXL = 4.x/6.x MSET SAFE
2DS = 4.x MSET SOFTBRICK / 6.x MSET SAFE
N3DS/N3DSXL = 4.x MSET SOFTBRICK / 6.x MSET UNKNOWN (Likely SOFTBRICK)

If it's an O3DS, there's no risk in downgrading. If it's a 2DS, just use 6.x MSET and you'll be safe. If it's a N3DS, best to wait until more research is done first.

The MSET bricks aren't a huge issue to be honest. Keep a backup of your system memory with your original MSET and if you ever need to format sysnand do a NAND restore first.

The QR code provided in the 3.0b6, copied and pasted the code.bin and cakesrop of said file. When I go to the site, the browser doesn't crash, unless I exit it, and then I get the error occurred message.

The MSET bricks aren't a huge issue to be honest. Keep a backup of your system memory with your original MSET and if you ever need to format sysnand do a NAND restore first.

You don't even need to go that far, just install the proper MSET for your firmware on SysNAND. (use 3DBrew for MSET versions per-firmware revision)
Then, you can format SysNAND however you like.

Additionally, this only applies to the N3DS, as it's perfectly safe to use 6.x MSET on all O3DS/XL and 2DS SysNANDs without risk of bricks. 4.x MSET is safe on O3DS/XL units as well.

Then I don't see your problem. Like I said, it's included in the mset folder. Open the zip file you downloaded for rxTools and it'll be right in there.
