Do the first boot by launching rxTools through the browser.

Deleted data folder, booted through browser. Still getting a failed installation

If your Nands are linked, install them on both, then the present glitch will stop

I'm pretty sure I unlinked them when I first installed rxtools. Formatted my sysnand with my sd card removed. Anyway to check if they are linked?

Check the "Nintendo 3DS" folder on your SD card, if there are two folders with random numbers and letters, then chances are they are unlinked.

What you install on sysnand does not appear on emunand and vice versa. If it's not the case, you are linked.

Ive tried the whole process with that version as well as beta6. Its just not working.

"If your nands are UNlinked", not linked, you made a mistake.

When your nands are linked what you install on one of your nands is automatically intalled in the second.

No, when your nands are linked and you install a cia on your sysnand, going into your emunand triggers the present glitch. You can fix it by also installing the cia on the emunand. FBI throws you an error and the glitch goes away.

Anyway, RXtools is still broken for me

Theres 3 folders. I'm pretty sure they are unlinked.

What you install on sysnand does not appear on emunand and vice versa. If it's not the case, you are linked.

Savedatafiler and Fire Emblem only show up on emunand. Also, the present for Fire Emblem only shows up after I start another app like FBI.

Mmm okay, I miss understand the probleme but I think this is because the game reboot into sysnand after he played it and the emunand doesn't keep the information. I think if he open the gift then play the game and press home without quitting the game and load another game then shutdown the emunand, the gift will disappear.

That's my current situation, I was thinking about it because installing such big files twice would have eaten up my poor SD card's space in a sec. I'll try doing it later so I get rid of the unwrapping.

The second install doesnt install, it just gives you an error stating that the cia is already installed. Then the present nag goes away

You realize you can delete the cia files after you install them, don't you?
