I used to, but in the past few years it's gotten a lot more expensive. If there's a really cool set I like, I'll buy or ask for my birthday or Christmas. Lego was a big thing for me some years ago, (and I know, I'm only 14) me and my brother would play a lot, and get a bunch of sets for birthdays and Christmas, still have it all, and definitely won't get rid of the sets and the tubs of pieces

I mostly buy from aliexpress, saves tons and tons of money that way and get big sets. I do own some originals too but all the real expensive stuff I have from aliexpress.

I just got a (fake) "City of love" set and it's pretty neat.

Oh and the Minas Tirith set just got (officially) announced and it's absolutely beautiful and I want it so much.
I had not seen the Minas Tirith 0_o. Between the new Barud Dur and Rivendell, these new LOTR sets are shaping up to be an absolutely incredible line

dont buy them bricks and minifigs. its nuts how they thought they could steal lego sets. The CEO destroyed the entire franchise. dont support them

Bricks and Minifigs steals 200k of star wars legos
Les they have better deals than ebay, and they won't - ebay or FB marketplace it is, always. B&M stores literally can't afford to cut deals aside from store credit, but what's store credit against sale ebay prices and diminishing GameSlop trade-in values they have to adhere to considering operating costs?

Fully private sellers at local markets - sure. Brickmania stores that create their own unique products - hell yea. Chains of physical-but-worse ebay - absolutely not like the vile Amazon.
