Hacking Accessing Gateway Roms Offline

My blue card recently broke and now I have no way of accessing the roms without using the online method. Is there any way to go into gateway mode while offline?

If you have an Android phone, there's an app for it that you can use. Just make sure Mobile Data is disabled first.

Yes you will need to get online once but after that you exclusively use the ds profile exploit without any need for anything else

You don't even need to go online anymore. The latest FBI has an mset exploit installer and I think GW's is included.

you don't have to do it every time. it gets reset when you play a ds/dsi game though and you'll have to redo it.

Basically the app hosts the exploit files locally. You do need an internet connection, but to your phone's WiFi Hotspot that it will make use of instead of an actual access point.
