the site is having some issues with certain DNS I think. storm75x is in the process of moving it to a different host. I have no problem accessing the site so maybe try another isp or proxy for the time being.

Ok so all I have to do is add memdump.bin? Like the inifinite money cheat, none of the other QR codes worked. All I did was go to that memdump website which filled my SD card with a buncha codes for godknowswhat games I don't have until the mem ran out and then after I scanned I couldn't get anything to work.
