How's it going were you able to edit it?

If you're talking about Star Sapphire and Rutile Ruby, that's the intention of it, that every Pokemon is "legit", so you should be fine there. The only thing which was changed with encounters in that hack is that the DexNav Foreign exclusives can be found before receiving the National Dex.

Thanks, that's what I figured. But since in neither version I'd use edited pokemon I think I'm fine. I'd still transfer it to a legit game OR I would play the opposite game in addition so that I can grab all the pokemon.
