Hacking Pasta CFW - A CFW that allows unsigned CIA to be installed on Old and New 3DS! (required ninjhax)

okay I managed to launch it but when I try to install bigbluemenu.cia with FBI I receive this error. What could be going wrong?

Most likely you don't have title.db or import.db on your SD card.

go to sd:/Nintendo3DS/"your ID 1"/"your ID 2"/dbs and make a new text file called "title.db" and another called "import.db". make sure they're not "title.db.txt" or "import.db.txt"
then go into settings and data management and let the system do it's thing.
also keep in mind that "your ID 1" & 2 should be a random string of letters and numbers.

Yeah, or at least your downloaded eshop content.

then, go to in SD/Nintendo3DS/Numbers and stuff/Number and stuff/
You should have a folder called extdata. Create a new folder named dbs and place your two dummy file in it

the dbs folder you have to create too. just put the files that RepeatingDigits said inside of dbs. LOL

I just wanted to try out some dsiware , not worth the trouble I guess. thanks for your help. I'll keep eye on this thread to see a workaround comes up in future.

Hello, I'm trying to launch PastaCFW 1.2 using NinjaHax but when I launch it from NinjaHax menu it says "an error detected system must restart now" what could i be doing wrong? I installed the files in 3ds/PastaCfw folder along with loader.bin etc.

I followed the text instructions on the first post, didn't do anything else.

Forgot to add : n3ds on 9.0E

Can you get banned for going online with an out of region Mario Kart 7?
For example running Japanese Mario Kart 7 on an EUR 3DS.

Always get the risk to be banned, if you join the online.

Are you sure you aren't play region free prepatched (when converted) .cias? I know that other region cias doesn't appear in HOME, you have to lauch them with CIA installer (DevMenu, BigBlueMenu..).

I play Mario Kart 7 online since Palantine CFW was released. I never had problems. Seems to be CIA are really safe way to play, maybe.
