Hacking Is there any real benefit for updating sysNAND to 9.2 using SSB rev01?

So while I wait for my 7 days sys transfer limit to ends ("full story" here), I'm playing MM and just thought about this...

What matters most is what emunand is one. :)

Yeah, since in the end you'll be using 95-99% of the time your emuNAND, it doesn't really matter what sysNAND version you have, as long as it's "exploitable" :)

There is a benefit and mainly just one: To be able to use the Spider (Browser) exploit for games like Animal Crossing, Pokemon, etc. You won't be able to RAM edit ACNL without 9.2 sysnand.

Also, you can use Cubic Ninja on 9.2 (I think it works on lower firmware too). Then you can install a theme to sysnand for fun.

But the benefit of using the Browser exploit also applies to EmuNAND.
