Asking this again: Has anyone solved the issue running ARM9 Payload causing the system to freeze? Several people have reported the same issue in this thread, but I've seen no solution.

I'm on a 2DS with 9.2 and get it. Others with regular 3DSs and XLs have gotten it

Yes, but you can only launch them in pasta mode.

It seems that I can't install the SD Management and official DevMenu CIAs, they get stuck at 97% during the install and then it says it's a bad .cia...

Any reason?

Patch FIRM to make it patch AGB_FIRM upon load. Patchception.

i have legit ambassador titles, but for my n3ds all i can find are cia files for japanese and USA only, are there dumps of EU ones anywhere? (NO LINKS) just an answer

That might not be easy, if the region lock isn't in FIRM then this method of patching it won't work.

If it freezes while still in brahma, it's probably an issue with brahma. You should take it up with the brahma devs

If you want to launch out-of-region titles, simply launch them with devmenu or bigbluemenu.

the Micro sd mnagement app needs to be fixed, already done, the US one has already been fixed at the usual places, EU/JPN should be up later.

GUYS I FOUND A FIX FOR THE FREEZE WHILE RUNNING THE PAYLOAD IN BRAHAMA
You just have to reinstall ninjhax!
