So since using private headers for SKY3DS involves injecting the headers into the SKY3DS template, does that mean every time there's a template update (which happens every time a new game comes out) you have to reinject all of your private headers to it?

Nope :P

I started to make a clean template, copy/paste the games info in it of games that i play and i know can be used online
I modify in this template the games with my private header.

Ok, the first time it takes some time :P but once you have your own template with modified gameinfo for diskwriter, it doesn't matter how many updates there are, every time you want
to rewrite a game you used to play back to Sky3DS, just select you template with private headers, if you want to write a newer game that's not yet in the template or ha sno online in it, use the official template
It's a bit more thinking, but once you are used to it, it's easy :D

You use a single header for all games? I thought you needed a header for each manufacturer.

I got like 25 games i bought and have dumped myself, So no, most games i play online, each have a diff. header, but yes, i could have used the same for all if i wanted :P

[EDIT]
You can use 1 header for more games, but some headers don't work on certain games (i have heart, can't confirm myself), so it's always good to have a few other headers :D )

In the template, just change the manufacturer ID to the correspondent ID of your private header.
Example: If you have a C2 header, and in the template the game has a 45 ID, change the 45 to C2. Simple :yaysp:

Any way to know the manufacturer ID of my header without a gateway other than trial and error?

Do you have the .bin file of your header? You can use Sky Army Knife v.1.5.1 to open the .bin and see you manufacture ID and game ID.

I made my own header.bin using an empty header template and trying to pull the header hex out using powersaves. Opening the bin in SAK returned a manufacturer ID of 43 which I don't think is right. Not sure if I pulled the wrong header hex or what.
