Hardware I need some help to try to fix my xbox

hi, i have a xbox 360 model e with a rgh chip installed. The xbox works without a trouble until yesterday when i tried to use it and turn out that it don´t receive power. The power adapter turn on and stay with the orange led. Someone tell me that the RGH chip was unsolder in some part and it cause it. Anyone can help me a bit here?

Only real way to see it is to crack it open and inspect the chips.

Does the LED of the chip light up when it's connected to power?
If it isn't then the power wire of the chip is disconnected (normally the 360 should boot then)

I opened the xbox and checked the chip, no light in the chip. No unsoldered wires or loose wires and the fan try to spin but can´t start to move. No light in the turn on button either.
That is the better i can do right now, because i not very skillfull in rgh installation.

What about your USB ports? My friend got his XBOX doing the same because one of his USB ports was broken and did some kind of short and the XBOX refused to turn ON. I removed the broken USB metal pins with a long nose pincher and the XBOX magically fixed.

I lost nothing checking it .
After a close check all the four usb are fine with no signal of damage

Anywhere on the board, do you detect burnt out resistors etc?
Sprung caps? busted traces?

Not a single trace or burn or smell of burn.
I really have no clue what happen or got busted in the xbox

Did you try with some other power supply?
Have you checked there is any voltage coming from the PSU?

Well, other then a faulty PSU, I wouldn't know it either then.
