Hacking 3DS to CIA Converter is Not Reading my Xoprads

I am trying to convert a 3dnes 3ds file to a cia file, but 3DS To CIA Converter v4.1 says that it can't find the xorpads when they are in the same folder as everything that was in the rar.

Edit: Title is supposed to say xorpads and not xoprads lol.

Duh...3dnes is a homebrew application, you don't need xorpads for it :v

So how do I convert it to cia then. Every converter I tried requires xorpads.

Just download the CIA version.
It's better.
BTW, AutoCIA detects if the application requires xorpads or not.

There is no cia in the zip file from filetrip.

Sorry, it's blargSNES which have a cia.
So you can just use AutoCIA.
