There is something to be said for not having a coating when dunking your biscuit. Sure, in the worst case scenario your biscuit ends up breaking off* but pick your dunking solution carefully, exercise some skill and focus on the matter at hand and you will have a superior time to coated.
*well the worst is when it breaks off and in annoyance you set it aside, only to find out something has grown in the months following, usually after a chance meeting.
