Gaming DLC CIA from 3DS to Wii U - Smash Bros?

Was just wondering if this is a possbility? If I were to grab the CIA for MewTwo, for example, can I somehow get it on the Wii U as well? Via some sort of transfer method? I'm assuming, "no". In fact, I'm 99.99999999% sure it's a no. But I thought I'd ask just in case.
