The smdh is the icon image for ninjhax hb menu. I don't know why there would be a png.

My bad, I guess I just had an old/broken prboom.wad that wouldn't let me access "setup". All is good now, though. Thanks

It was just a bad wad, but .cia regardless. Also, I'm not sure if you know this, but sound still isn't working. Also tested the .3ds.
