Hacking System transfer from normal 9.4 to 9.2 (on 9.4 emunand), then downgrade 9.2 to 4.5?

I have a normal system on 9.4 with stuff (saves, eshop purchases) I would like to dump. Can I possibly to do this now by means of system transfer, if I have a second system both capable of running emunand 9.4 and downgrading its own sysnand back to 4.x?

Could this possibly work and to what extent?

1) Create an emuNAND.
2) Update emuNAND to 9.4.
3-a) Do System Transfer in emuNAND.
3-b) Downgrade SysNAND.

After step 2, you can do either 3-a or 3-b first.

If you plan to System Transfer your emuNAND elsewhere after this ST, then do all the ST in Classic mode.

thanks for the reply. could you tell me what data may be lost? bear in mind for the original 9.4 system, everything is on sysnand, can I expect to keep everything (eshop, saves) on the new system running 9.4 emunand?

I'm getting mixed reports on what, if any is lost after a downgrade.

By my estimation, any games started on a 6.0 system and above should be lost (most will report as their saves being corrupted) after downgrading.

I see. I think gw should be able to handle this if they have "mastered" both the old and new encryption (basically they should attempt multiple encryption types when reading, and save with the old/new type depending on the active firmware version). I am more worried about mii plaza data though.

Another possibility is to transfer to a system with new enough sysnand, that will use the new encryption for all games, but old enough to run gw or other homebrew that can dump the content with new encryption.

Save, FC, MiiPlaza data will be lost.
Although all the games are able to be re-downloaded, if you have them 2 GB or more, re-downloading may be a pain.

i dont know if im wrong. but downgrading works only for firmwares between 4.5 and 9.2.
Is the browser exploit available in 9.4?

Yes, I am trying to take advantage of the fact that 9.2 can be downgraded to 4.5 and still run 9.4 on emunand. The rest depends on whether a 9.4 sysnand can be system transferred to 9.4 emunand and how much data can be preserved in the process.

No, of course you have to use the new Webbrowser exploit to enter the gateway menu. From there its the same. Blue card is unnecesary for exploiting anything > 4.5.
Sorry don't think then that you were talking about 4.5 gateway.
Will you explain it quick how to create emunand?
