So basically I should keep my un-updated 3ds off till gateway releases it's new exploit (also till my new gateway arrives from eachmall) then install it and update the emunand?

That's unnecessary. Just don't update it. You can still use it, if you have any 3DS games that work with 4.5 or below.

Not really . In fact right now for me , entering the eshop is a hindrance , since it will delete all the dlcs I have installed with bigbluemenu. Which btw you can use to install the patches you need if you find them in the internet ^^

There's no need to enter eshop anymore because of that tho. All the patches on the eshp right now are dumped afaik and new ones get dumped pretty fast ( at least for main games , but those are the ones that get many patches) , dlcs are getting dumped steadily too... New game demos and shet have always been dumped . So imho , right now , if you use bigbluemenu there's 0 need to enter the eshop anymore

afaik it only deletes dlcs , themes , and the mii plaza games if you installed them, I can only assure the last one

Unless Taiwan has no NNIDs, that photo could easily be a RAM edit on a 4.5 3DS.

You meen games updates are dumped? Smash bros 1.04 update and ORAS 1.2 ? Can't see them on 3ds.essh.co

Don't go taking random photos from new members as fact, all. We know there's a very good chance of Gateway being updated to allow 9.3 access. Just be patient.

That site is for scene release information. It's not some magical website that knows everything that everyone has uploaded. I'm sure there are regular users that upload their own patches/dlc.
