Yesterday I experienced a very weird sensation and what some would jokingly call "a glitch in the matrix."

At 8:10 PM yesterday I started my daily basic 30-min workout [think JM or P90] and I noticed right off the start that the "Warm Ups" jumping jacks seemed faster than normal. I watched the Windows Media Player counter - it was normal - but I was not convinced that something was not wrong. I figured maybe it was set to play at 1.2 or 1.5x speed. I even switched to VLC player, still it was apparently fine. As I shrugged it off and continued the workout I noticed everything was fast.

During the first circuit of strength I began the push up segment and watched the video as I did it. It really was faster. Normally I can count 1--2-- with each pushup. But it seemed like 1-2. This was the same as the jumping jacks. I looked down for barely a second to go up when I noticed the video already was at the next segment. Normally the instructor claps his hands and tells the "assistants" to hurry up prepare for squats. It was like it was just skipped! At this point I just gave up and figured the file must be having an issue.

When circuit two and three came along- there have already been multiple "glancing" s that led me to apparently lose of 30 seconds of a segment! It was crazy! I also noticed I did not feel like I was working out at all. There was no strain and I did not sweat AT ALL. I felt insane. I stared at my alarm clock and counted and only got to 32 when the minute changed. I really was seeing everything in half!

I do not know how else to describe this weird sensation. I did a quick google search after last night and am shocked that others have had similar experiences.

The best analogy I can come up with is that I was seeing 30 frames of a 60 frames per second world.
Everything was just so fast- so it was just my receiving end that could not keep up.

Has anyone here had a "time error?"

Currently on no medication.

So you're saying you somehow blanked out half the time?
Or are you twice as slow as usual?

I would say twice as slow.
I think you're fucked unless you get some axelavir
As big of a joke as this is, I just did a google search and it pretty much describes what I experienced, except without the suicide part lol

The first symptom affects the brain, mainly a person's perception of time. An infected human perceives time at about √6 of normal rate, increasing mental processing rate. For every roughly 2.45 seconds in real time, an infected individual would process this as 1 second. Thus 2 minutes and 27 seconds (147 seconds) in real time is perceived as 1 minute (60 seconds) to a patient infected by Radical-6.
Everything is normal now- it only lasted that night.

A time error experience happened to me a couple of times. Every time it occured, I was really tired, after a long day at work, or anything that drains my energy.
The thing here is, it was not just a 1.5 speed up. I somewhat felt slower or faster time passing.

I had experiences of me returning home, walking like usual, listening my music on my cellphone. I was tired, and my song relaxed me while I was still fully awake. After a couple of minutes, my music seemed like it was playing faster than usual, and yet I knew it wasn't really. That was a very odd feeling, Everything around me looked slightly faster, but I still was at normal speed! Normally, the time it took to me to return home is about 45 minutes. This time, I had the impression of 20 minutes. I looked what time it was during my walking, time seemed to be flowing faster. That day I had a feeling of accelerated time.

An other time, I was at home playing my wii testing gamecube games, a little drunk, but not completely. While I was very drunk, time passed a bit faster.
That night however, it wasn't the case. Time was flowing (or I perceived it) slower than usual, like at .5 speed.
Playing my games was smooth, I had time to react, to see everything coming on the tv, like if I had super-reflexes. The most bizarre thing was once I get up, time restitutes itself to its normal state.
That was getting me crazy. But It seemed normal at the same manner, like an hallucination looking real.

There was also periods of me forgeting what time is.
I mean, I'm busy, doing my things as usual, then, oops! An hour passed, while I had the impression of 10 minutes.
It seems that perception of time could be slow or fast, depending of our mental state. That is probably not true, but this is how I found the explanation.

The opposite happened to me when I'm listening to music on bed. I went through many thoughts and it felt like minutes but when I focused on the music again only 10 seconds had passed.
