The eshop just came back, and the Network Service Agreement has been upgraded. I definitely think there might be a firmware update too.

I better wait for a Usa dump, I don't want to advance in the game if I can't play it online

Why not, it's a great single player game.

You may not appreciate multiplayer as much as you might expect, reviews have stated that playing with 2 people can be laggy, but playing with 4 is almost impossibru.
Even local multiplayer is a bit slow from what I've experienced.
Let's hope a patch is released to solve the issue.

I know, but maybe new game updates are coming and I don´t think Usa release takes much time

so guys i have used a eur rom of pokemon x on my us 3ds and was able to download the patch for it. how likely do think it will be the same for this?
