This is not a actual editor.

I wonder, even if we have currently PyWright and other case makers, is it possible to make some tool to edit Phoenix Wright games? ( Ace Attorney 1 to Apollo Justice )

Sorry if the title is misleading, I forgot to add a question mark to it. Thanks to whoever added it.

Tinke may be your best bet, I've been trying hard to work things on it.

It's an all purpose editor really, you can edit sprites, images, logos, music, text. Quite alot actually! Although the creator doesn't seem to have updated it in a long while so a few features aren't implemented, but it's still amazing! It works with the majority of DS ROMs so maybe it'll work with what you want :)

What edits are you wanting exactly?

Here's the link to Tinke: https://code.google.com/p/tinke/

It doesn't edit DS roms whatsoever.

Oh, yes, you completely right (sarcastic)

An old video i made some years back with the PWSE or if you prefer "Phoenix Write Script Editor" (i wonder why the author called it editor if it edits nothing) for a newbie (probably just like yourself).

I don't feel amused.
Your video is private so I can't watch it. Furthermore, I thought you talked about PyWright, or PWLib, which are PC case editors which doesn't edit the roms.
And I personally feel offended for people calling me a "newbie". A newbie is a person new to a game, concept, or forum. I'm not new, as I joined last year, and you don't precise in which way you said newbie.
Also, when you are talking about you, you always need to capitalize the I, which you didn't.
Also (again), brackets should be removable from their sentences. If we remove yours, it says:

An old video i made some years back with the PWSE or if you prefer "Phoenix Write Script Editor" for a newbie

A Newbie can perfectly understand the term Phoenix Wright Script Editor, so no need to change the title, and more, you shouldn't change the name "Wright" to "Write", even if you think that it does whatsoever helps the comprehension of a newbie. That newbie will get even more confused, and that bad sarcastic joke was not understandable at all. You should also not put additional content to my quote, as it's your sayings and not mine, as it contradicts my previous post.

TL;DR: my avatar is relevant

I will say only 3 short things and then you will not see anything more from me in this thread:
-You are searching a PW game editor and PWSE is a PW editor so my answer is completely correct. If you are not able to use it or it doesn't allow to do everything you want to do, it's not my fault and not the author fault.
On a scope of a translation, PWSE is completely capable to make you edit the text of the game and translate it as you can see in my video (that was my fault that it was private, now it's unlisted and you can view it) and this pic of another person translation project:

-you can be joining a forum 10 years ago and still be a newbie to the forum if you never read it or never be online on it so i don't see how relevant your joining date is.

-I said "newbie" because it seems you are a newbie in translations but you are proving to be very childish as well if you get offended by the word newbie. I believe you relevant Avatar is much more offending than the word newbie.

Good luck with the search of your editor.

No doubt, this tool is not very intuitive for those who do not have much knowledge.

During a compilation of the "tutorial.zip" file, a log error was found:
- GtkWarning: Loading context type IM 'cedilla' failed.

Does Anyone know if there is any thread or link, which can help users in the procedures of this tool, with tips and / or suggestions of use, or support for updates on this tool?

I would like to know, at instance, if there is other necessary software requeriments and if there is some additional configuration to do, for the correct use of this editor.

Thank's in advance.
