Yes my R4i blue card is working fine. I have a few DS roms on it. So sometimes i play the DS games on my 3ds.

- backup everything on to your computer from your DS flashcart
- you should format your micro SD card of the DS flashcart
- put everything back expect the NDS exploit
- play a NDS game. (so it cleans your DS profile)
- put a clean NDS exploit file which runs the exploit for the launcher.dat

because i think your NDS file is corrupted.

i did a little research..


yeah the "Wood R4 kernel" so it loads the DS exploit.. in the gateway people run a GW_INSTALLER.NDS

so that the 3DS setup runs correctly like in this image.

if you still on 4.4 get a game which is 4.5 and update to 4.5

Well i did everything what you guys saying. And i tried many tutorials and it worked at another 3ds with my flashcard and sc card.

Maybe there is a strange problem with my 3ds

I'd say clean the non working 3DS's contacts, if it works on another 3DS, I'm thinking its the console's fault.

i doubt its the contacts.....it loads the blue card fine and installs the exploit....at this point its a issue elsewhere as you cant load the launcher right?
possibly getting a game and updating to 4.5 might help.....but it might be a partially updated console thats running a 5.x+ FW but got interrupted during the update,,,,someone on max console had a similar console that the started a update on and turned off quickly....result = doesn't run exploit but still showed 4.x in system settings, it was more obvious in their case as they had miiverse on the homescreen

I have the "miiverse" at the right top corner on the home screen. When i start it, there appereas an error.

ok your 3ds was in the middle of updating past 4.5 and some one shot it off. are you sure it was not you? maybe the ebay seller did it. i would try contacting them.

Hmm ok. Im sure It wasnt me. I did two updates but they went correct.
I hope i can find the ebayer that sold me this.

What can i do now? Should i just wait till a new exploit appeares (SSSpwn for example) or should i update to 4.5 or newest version?
I dont think there is a way for fix it right?

nope if its partially updated afaik updating wont actually update the bits that where already updated to 7.x, you could try updating to 4.5 but i doubt it will change anything other than the number in system settings. at this point you can either
update to 7.1 and sell it on and get a 4.x console
be evil and sell it as 4.x and cause someone else a bunch of disappointment
or update to 7.1 and hope that a new exploit comes out for 7.1

Hmm ok im gonna sell it but not as a 4.4 console thats not cool.
There are many useres wich would buy a "normal" 3ds to play.

Well maybe ill wait. I did read interresting things here e.g. the SSSpwn exploit from Smealum.

We couldnt find a solution for my problem but to know what aktually is the problem helps me a lot.

well from what i have read the SSSpwn exploit won't be able to enable flashcards, i would suggest just selling it and getting a "real" 4.x console rather than waiting an unknown amount of time for a possible exploit that might not ever be found.

this error is fairly uncommon so most people don't even know about it, so its harder to diagnose
i only learnt it was possible as i updated emunand once and it had a error half way and left it partially updated showing 4.5 but with miiverse etc that how i helped another person discover they had a partially updated console and there is someone else on max console now that i think has the same problem....its hard to make people understand it when system settings is saying its 4.x

It is Black/grey metallic wich looks pretty cool for me.
