Hacking Has anyone been scammed with fake Gateway 3DS?

Legit gateways never came with a cardboard insert afaik, those are the fake ones

1st rev came in plastic box with a clear plastic tray, sticker font color was dark blue, pcb is blue, the 8th pin is long
2nd rev came in cardboard box with a grey fuzz covered plastic tray, sticker font color now is lighter blue, the pcb is blue, the 8th pin is long

clone gw cart comes in a cardboard box, a white cardboard tray, sticker font color is light blue, pcb is black, 8th pin is short

Gateway comes with a box and a card holder man... i mistook the order tho lol

The first one with plastic and later with paperboard

none of the official gateways come with a short pin, the middle pin is always long
only the clones come with the short pins (as per gateways real/fake picture as well as other pictures and videos of other peoples gateways)

I bought mine from www.cymods.com and it's real.

It ships from cyprus (UE) and has traceable number too.

Thats not true bud mine came from teensy.co.uk and had a proper blue gateway box and the box insert was grey with proper GW card inserts that slot in perfect.

I e-mailed them regard this issue. Seems people is spreading wrong information, due gateway mistake

that has a longer pin....like we have been saying all along, some cards have a shorter middle pin, and they don't appear to work with 2.1....also your insert isn't cardboard....nothing anyone has said he implies your card is a fake.....you must be reading it wrong

Argh I see yes your rite he mentions cardboard but it is actually a plastic type of material but I originally thought he was on about my sort of insert!

I'm assuming it's not fake because I ordered from real hot stuff, and I don't see them screwing people over that way. If I'd ordered from a place like dealextreme then I'd be big time worried.
