Hacking Japanese/Korean 3DS XL Questions;

Hello, I hope I didn't post this in the wrong place!
I would like to ask you guys some questions;
OH also, I know that they're region locked^^

Where Can I buy a Korean 3DS XL online?

Im importing a Japanese 3DS XL does DSTWO work for it? And where can I buy the DSTWO Online?

With the DSTWO it says we can change the language, does that mean the system language or just the games in the flashcarts?

The DSTWO menus.

Japanese/Korean 3DS have no system language setting. It means a few games like Sonic Rush can use only Japanese text, if run by a Japanese system.

It will work with any 3DS XL right? Even the Japanese 3DS XL?
I was actually planing to order from them but I've read some reviews where people said their order wasn't right or they have stuff missing.. >.<
