So I have a quick question. I tried Googling, but to no avail. I had a 4GB and a 2GB SD card. I was using my 4GB, and I wanted to download SMT IV since it was on sale. There wasn't enough room, so I downloaded it with the 2GB card. I went out and bought a 16GB card, and I wanted to merge the contents of both, but through a quick Google search, I found that you can't do that. If I move the games and files from my 4GB card, and redownload SMT IV, is it possible to transfer the save from my 2GB card over? If so, where would that be on the SD card? Thanks in advance.

All you have to do is copy everything from the SD card you previously used to a new one. Everything get's coppied, including save files. Merging two sd cards though... I don't believe it's possible and you shouldn't really use two different cards to begin with.

Also, once you purchase a digital game, you don't really need to download it right away, you could've bought it and then download it once you had the bigger SD card.

I didn't plan on buying another SD, I was just gonna keep swapping. Merging the contents of the two is impossible, I just wanna know if I can find the save off the 2GB card. All of the contents from the 4GB card are now on the 16GB one.

Maybe the Save Back-up feature may work (Syste Settings -> Data Management). Not sure if it saves to the Nand or to the SD card. If it saves to the Nand, you know what to do.

Wow, how lame is it that you can't merge the cards? They really have to make everything as complicated as possible, don't they.

So as not to make a new thread, I'll ask here, although I doubt anyone will read it anyway.
I have one SD card, and plan on getting a bigger one, can I just copy everything from this one to the other one?
I'm mostly concerned about my Pokemon save, and since it's just a file copy I doubt there could be a problem, but this is Nintendo here, so has anyone done this?

You can do that. You can move everything to a new SD card, you just can't merge the contents of two which was my problem.
