Hacking Play Burnt Original XBox Games on 360

so if i create an iso of a game that i have the disk for, or if i download it for that matter, how do I play it on my 360? I have a 20gb 2010 pro model, with no modchip, if possible, I would prefer not to have to open it up to install a chip (do a softmod instead). It looks like conker is on this list, which is what i want to burn

if I can recall correctly, LT+ removed the feature to play burned originals.

You'll either have to RGH it or get a original xbox and hack that.
There's no softmod for the 360, and there never will be one either.

I can't find any Xbox games in stores near me, nor much for sale online any more. And now that the original Xbox is over 13 years old, I don't feel bad pirating the few seeded ISOs that I CAN find. Microsoft's gotten all the money from the console they possibly could have by now. I soft-modded my Xbox using the Splinter Cell exploit, and installed the UnleashX dashboard. I then installed GTA 3 and Burnout 3 to the harddrive to cut load-times in half, along with a slew of emulators and XBMC. That may be your only hope, is to find a cheap original Xbox.

Back on topic what DinohScene said, beyond that the releases made for the original xbox will tend not to work with the DVD modded 360 anyway so you will have to redump them. To that end get an original xbox, mod it (it should not be hard) and play that way. You may or may not want to buy a set of component cables as well.

Ok, so i would need to look into an original xbox. I really dont want to hunt for one, so I guess i will play conker if M$ ever decides to release it again on XBLA. Thanks for the help. (Mod: Please lock the thread)

Looks like there are a bunch of oXB's on ebay really cheap. Not much of a hunt.

I would play it on N64 (if you can get a copy of it on Ebay, it is quite pricey) or an N64 emulator of it.

It is not as nice graphically, but it is uncensored, unlike the Microsoft remake, which bleeps out a lot of the dialog.
