However, Gateway has *ZERO* liability for what firmware r4i distributes to their customers.
The bricked consoles are the responsibility of r4i.
Gateway didn't force r4i to use any firmware. r4i chose what firmware to include.
r4i is the incompetent company that should be sued.
Irrelevant.They didn't know it would happen, it wasn't done intentionally.
r4i is liable.
Gateway has 100% zero liability for what firmware r4i distributes.
