Need Purchasing advice

Ive been working 10 1/2 hour shifts for a month now I work at the post office and this is the busy season for us and missed christmas Ive saved up some money and want to get my self a late christmas present but I can't decide its either a

Wii U
Nintendo 3ds

or I go nuts and get a PS4 ............

what should I get and Why ???

As far as consoles go, I'd recommend buying a PS4... after a year or so, when the library will pick up and the price will inevitably drop a bit more.

If you want something now, however, then the 3DS is your best bet.

Of course, if you just want cheap, transient thrills right at this very second, that money could buy a whole lot of regret at your local strip club.

Depends on what kind of games you like. I'd only go with the Wii U solely for SSB4, but there's also Wind Waker HD and Hyrule Warriors. For the 3DS, there's KH3D, Pokemon X/Y, Link Between Worlds, etc.

WiiU: Still no gaems

Pretty obvious answer. Get a standard 3DS, unless you're over 70 and have horrendous eyesight, the XL is a waste of cash.

Get a PS4 in a year when it has games to actually play, considering you can't even play PS3 games on the thing. No real point in adopting one unless you're 100% certain you have stuff you want to play (and you clearly don't).

have you bought it yet? Get 3DS. Among those list, 3DS is a no brainer.

Yup, definitely a 3DS. If you want to use a 3DS flashcart (compatibility is near 100% right now, only Pokemon and Animal Crossing not working, but those will be fixed IIRC) make sure its firmware is 4.5 or lower.

Well if console is what you want then PS3 would be my recommendation.

You can get a 3DS that has tons of games on it... or, you can get a Wii U and show Nintendo and the disgruntled Nintendo fans on this website that, regardless of the games which are on it or that it only sold 400,000 copies at launch, people are still interested in buying it. But like people have said on here, the 3DS does have a selection of games, even excluding the Pokemon series. Or, you can get a PS4 with even fewer games than even the Wii U.

I'd wait for the PS4 until there's a price drop and more games for it ... by that time, you might have a bunch of extra cash laying around again, though, so you could get something else NOW and then ALSO get the PS4 LATER.

As far as the other two, if you're into mobile games (and I assume the fact that you have a 3DS on the list means "yes" to that one) then the 3DS is the obvious choice.

On the other hand, If you'd really prefer to have a console, The Wii U at least has more games than the PS4 for right now. (And on the off chance that you don't have a Wii yet, it has a huge selection of Wii games to chose from.)

I would just go with a 3DS then since you can play 90% of the launch titles on the X1 and PS4 then since you have a 360 flashed
