Hacking emulated nand for wii and vwii

i thought i would start this thread because i see quite a few people saying/asking about playing wiiware and vc wads on vwii. and seeing as some people have made a few mistakes with semi bricks exc i thought this would be a good chance for people to discuss emulated nands. and weather they work as well on vwii which im pretty sure they do as im using a clone from my original wii nand on vwii but havnt had much time of testing as i need a new hard drive (also using this will save any mistakes/mess made because it wont effect vwii nand)

i would just like too say sorry that this may have been miss leading (i am running wiiware and vc games from my modmii nand through wiiflow on vwii) i am not directly booting into the emulated nand

Sorry, there is currently no emulated NAND on Vii.

please re-read my post (my normally wii nand backup works on vwii) so yes it does work. but i have not tried using my vwii nand backup to emulate but i recon its possible already with out much work other then showmii wads myt need updateing to be able to add wads to the vwii nand (but like i said i havnt tried anything with vwii nand yet)

Perhaps a ? mark or two about what your questions are. I think the sticky guide summarizes the issue that it works but nobody released it yet -- so don't do it.

there wasn't any specific questions really.
im just curiouse to see if anybody else has been testing them out at all and just maybe repost here as it would probable be helpfull information at some point in time. could you explain to me why i shouldn't do what? test out emulated nands?
