Hacking Which flashcart should I buy?

My last nintendo device was a wii and I never intended to buy another untill animal crossing new leaf..
my last portable device was a ndsl and used a acekardI(not the 2ki) ~! So as long as i bought a ds device I want to play all the games I did on my ndsl.
Which one should I buy?
!. R4i Gold 3ds
2.Dstwo
I also want to know if i can play gba games on the R4 flashcart or only on the dstwo flashcart?

And one more thing I live in Korea and want to know which site is the most safest for shipping~!

GBA games can be played on the R4, but the DSTwo is better at it (many games don't run at all on the R4, those that do run sometimes have no sound or other issues).

Idunno' about importing there, sorry.
