Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 Full Burst will be available Winter 2013 on PS3, X360 and PC.

-Staff edit:
The game itself appears to be CyberConnect2*/Namco pulling a Capcom on us and releasing another version of the same game but with a few extras. In this case those few extras might actually amount to a fair bit of content with incgamers saying "an extra chapter, a new playable character (a powered-up Kabuto), revamped cinematics, 100 new missions, and 38 Extra Costumes."

*.hack, Solatorobo and Asura's wrath though most of their time seems to go on this Naruto series of late.
Perhaps most notably of all it is coming to the PC, the PC has traditionally not seen all that many fighting games and especially not ones of out Japan.

Oh snap, this Kabuto guy is a dragon now, Great.

Cyberconnect 2 trying to outdo Capcom in rereleases?
Lets see:
  • Sightly improved visuals.
  • At least one new character.
  • One new story chapter.
  • All of the DLC from the last game packaged in this one.
Almost but not quite Capcom-like!

Yay, PC!
I can finally play mediocre fighters on it!
All jokes aside, I loved the PSP and PS2 titles, so I might get this.

I bet the PC port happened because they had to port their engine to work on x64 architecture anyway for the next generation.

Christ, who is in charge of titling these games and why haven't they been fired yet?

I wouldn't call it mediocre. "Naruto: Ninja Storm" happens to be one of the more inventive fighters as of late - it breaks the stigma of "learn this 20-button combo to win" and instead relies on the player's ability to correctly time attacks which themselves are very simple to execute but more difficult to chain. Additionally the substitution mechanic nullifies the problem of being juggled for the entirety of the match without having a chance to counter just because your opponent knows this one OP move that's going to toss you all around the place. It's actually a good series even though it's based off a crap anime.

It's not the movies or games downloads that I would worry about, like breaking into networks, downloading encrypted things, spying on network traffic. I have seen so many "Top Secret" seals on files when I was a kid
