ROM Hack PokemonBlackVersion2U not working r4gold3DS(r4ids.cn)

Hi, I need help with my flash art. I used to be pretty knowledgable with with my ak2i afew years back and now I just bought r4i gold 3DS (r4ids.cn) running the latest wood firmware. I've tried multiple roms and sites hoping to have a successful run, but I have yet to make the game work. Right after pressing A on the game, 'loading' in white letters comes up, but then they turn red. No matter what I do, I can't get past this. It just stays on the red letters. I know I can't ask for rom links, all I need is some guidance :/ every forum I visit was posted within October, so they're no help since there have been multiple updates and changes since then. Thanks in advance!

Being lazy would be correcting the problem, then sitting down and playing it. I'm over it
