you forgot to mention mouse acceleration fix for windows http://donewmouseaccel.blogspot.in/2010/03/markc-windows-7-mouse-acceleration-fix.html

That fix is only needed for games that force 'enhance pointer precision' to turn on (old games like CS1.6, Quake 1+2, etc). All it does is prevent the option from doing anything.

You can probably suggest it. What with all of the major changes that have been happening in the past months, it's not unlikely that they'll do something about it if it gets enough attention.

I've had the Android version for awhile now and I thought its difficulty was OK.
And 2 days ago I downloaded the PC version. It's so damn hard I can't even pass the easy difficulty in some levels.
And even if I get all notes(not perfect), I still get low ranks (my recently uploaded vid for proof :http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XwSAVsFGOJ0).
Even with its ridiculously cheap difficulty at times I still find the game enjoyable, bu I still think it's gameplay is better handled on a touchscreen.

Also, my username in Osu! is Ilmanfordinner (dat username) .

It has been requested before... and denied. People were saying something about not wanting tons of random friend requests from people they don't know The mutual friends thing was actually added only a few months ago, and peppy said he was thinking that revealing people who have added you but haven't added back might possibly cause drama.

Darn, that's disappointing. I doubt it'd be as much trouble as they make it out to be, but I can see where they're coming from. I'm still hoping that...somehow...Peppy changes his mind, and really for the reason in the last statement. It's just plain conventional and less dramatic when you have a friend request system.

That last statement just referred to having a list of people who have you friended that you haven't added back. The friend request feature was a different feature request and was denied because of the amount of objections from other players.

The best thing to be done is to PM the player in-game to let them know you befriended them.
As of why the notification thing is not being applied is maybe because high ranked player get a loads of spectator and many of them would add him/her which would just spam him/her with notifications.

I just got to a 4-digit rank recently, and I've been able to play through super-difficult songs (and easier songs with HD+DT) that I wasn't able to previously.
And I've managed to get all of the secret achievements except for "Nonstop" and "Jack of All Trades"! (I think it's pretty obvious how to get the latter, but "Nonstop" is sooo difficult and frustrating to get ).
