So this was a pretty unique flavor for Walmart even in fine dining restaurants you won't really find Ube flavored products. Ube it's self is a purple yam, hence the color. I was expecting this just to be over added food coloring to mimic the look since it's unique to Filipino apparently. I like a good sweet potato over a baked potato kind of thing.

The ube cheesecake it's self does present a richful flavor, it's kind of more nutty. For being more unique I can see why it was $3.99. Other than a slight nutty flavor that's all I really get out of it. Sweet of course. Cheesecake is always a rich treat so hard to finish off the entire piece. For uniqueness I'm bumping it up to a 4/5 worth trying but I can probably live without.
