Scooters, a fairly new small drive thru chain has a limited edition banana nut bread latte, I decided to go large or go home and it was costly at $7.66 after tax that's almost Starbucks prices. For a chain not as huge they sure over charge for such a small drive thru style building. Getting to the flavor there is a nutty banana bread type vibe to it, I'd say more nut than banana. They also had a Chai version which I kind of regret not going with. You do get bits of brown sugar in the drink.
To further rant about the price I recently ordered a 6 pack of body armor drinks for under $7 based on deals of course. They kind of get negative points for me for not having displayed prices on their website. The menu is small and speaker barely worked. I had to just say what I wanted and hope the guy understood me. Anyway standard drive thru woes. We could go on about price all day, you can get a large coffee at McDonald's under $2.50 which I wouldn't souly be upset that they don't have a large selection of different flavors to choose from.
Anyway would I buy this every day? Of course not. If they have interesting new flavors? Maybe every once in a while
The coffee flavor it's self is pretty standard so it's not like they're using amazing quality beans.
Cool idea concept, lame prices, hard to see signs, prices not clear to see even on website. 3/5
