The former GameStop VP gets fired for making a theft of $1.7 million from a retailer-- over course of two years. 4 years is 51 months, and that's quite a lot. This man deserved it, for doing such a big crime. The fine he had to pay was $250 000. He stole this money from July 2009 through April 2011 by submitting fraudulent invoices from a made up company called - "Cloud Communications LLC".
This man has made up a person called "Jennifer Miller" to act as a point of contact for the fake firm.
What he would do is deposit checks from GameStop to the made up company (as I've said above).

I'm gonna say YDT, and it's good to see at least one corporate 'pirate' walking the plank. :D

Yeppers, but according to  Source, it is concluding that it states that it is 51 months. I guess that there it is 48 months, but a certain date is picked inside the 4 years that technically makes it 51 months.
So,
Year 2011 + 4 years is 2015. 48 months + 3 months = 51 months
>
April + 12+12+12+12 = 4 years (48) + 3(48 months and add 3 is 51) = 51
April+ 3 months = July 2015.
There may be a chance that he shall be released in July 2015.

EDIT: Here lets put it in this way:
Jack Applebottomlesteranceatensturd has been sentenced to 6 years in prison for attempting to murder Romet and and Julio. He has attempted to murder Romet Buggleseeze and Julio Rummledeez, in March 2013. In 6 years from now, he will be released in June 2019.
March 2013 x 6 years = March 2019. March + 3 = June 2019.

Condemning him to 6 years of bad puns like that one would be the ultimate punishment.

:creep:
The only thing close to that is forcing him to read all of Reddit's archived threads.

Also, the reason he gets out in July is because the first recorded incident was in July 2009. It's the laws way of adding on extra months for people who deserve it.

A VP would be on a great salary... it really makes you wonder how people can have so much money and yet want to break the law just to get more. Greed really makes people do stupid things.
Exactly my thoughts!
oh greed ,you mean like buying used games from people for a $1 and then reselling them for $30

Looking at this year's 8-K on Yahoo! Finance, an Executive VP and CFO earned $600k last year. According to Glassdoor, a VP salary is ~$190k. I just can't understand why that isn't enough for some people but, then again, I'm poor and us poor folk think differently. ;)
