It was announced last week that it will feature on 3rd party software.
It's also Japan only I believe.

You will never know if there are sudden change in plans for NA/EU.

But I doubt it. The NA/EU directs last week already showed 3rd party titles.

That wouldn't make sense anyway. Maybe if it was a Wii u or Wii u + 3ds Direct it would.

Im hoping for news on that resident evil game that was rumored awhile back.
