HI Dave Alt Cios compability with usb loader config is not good for launch games, you thinks an update of a loader resolved it.
Not sure to understand what you said but if you meant that usbloader cfg doesn't work with d2x-alt then you'd better write a post in cfg thread since the other loaders work fine.
But TBH I don't see any reason why it should not work with latest d2x.
Also are you using it on wii or vWii?

I have problems with this cIOS.
- The app dont recognize my Wiimote Motion Plus inside :( What can i do for install it ?

You need to update your usb loader .dol file with latest version that is recompiled to be compatible with new wiimote plus controllers.

Hey dave, first, thanks for the vWii update. I'd just like to point that this user's report is not correct. CFG Loader is working just fine here.

Im come back with d2x v8 final, its work perfect but with alt cios v10 at loading games its freeze and this cios support the two usb isnt it ? Only usb 0 is recognize with alt v10.

i think the new function for this cios alt v10 required an update of usb loader ??

Got my previously mentioned problem fixed (Unable to come back to System menu or loader after playing a game). First I installed the r53-alt version of d2x. Then I plugged the HDD into the correct port (top port is port 0 on WiiU). Then I ran backups from USBLoaderGX. Turns out the problem was with wiiflow. I needed to delete wiiflow settings and cache, and now games return to the system menu correctly.

IS there any way at present to get games to return to the usb loader instead of the system menu on vWii yet?

The "return to" setting patch the game to replace his "Exit to system menu TitleID", to another installed TitleID (channel).
The only channel working and useful for a "return to" for the moment is the Homebrew channel.

Until Forwarder can be used again on vWii, you can make the loader return to HBC (TitleID LULZ), it's one step closer to the loader.

Western Digital Passport HDDs don't work with external powered USB Hubs, they still work with Y-Cable... I think I will do some HW Mod to get the power ^^

is anyone else having problems with a usb stick? I really dont want to go and buy a hard drive when i have a 32gb usb stick already
You say it as if 32 GB is a lot of size for your money, lol.
I have multiple stick lying around, and never had problems getting games to run of of them.
used, 4, 8, 16 and 32 GB sticks of various brands.

Hi guys I'm having a problem that you guys might be able to help me with! In trying to get my USB loading working on the vWii, I have turned my Homebrew Channel Upside down! The Hack Mii Installer will not load it again, and older versions are telling me there is no vulnerable iso's! What do you guys think I should do? Any help would be great?

and the visual aspect of the game is quite crude (the sprite that looks best is that of the protagonist just because he is a stickman with sunglasses)

There is a bullets behaviour you assign to your character, that makes the code easier, under "behaviours"
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
i meant that when the character is pointing to the right, the bullets spawn where they should, but when he is on the right, they move to the right but the spawn point is incorrect
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Itch.io has lots of free assets also. Under the bullets behavior tab, there is a "rotate bullets" option, can try that. Or in the code can try
    - fire bullet Player.X(PlayerDirection)

That's cool tho, I'm proud of you going back to it, not giving up. It is difficult at first to learn, but fun once you get the hang of it. I think I've watched every tutorial video there is, but I still struggle sometimes to get stuff to work right. But gotta keep trying dif things, and eventually you will get it right.
