A) It's fake, photoshopped.
B) Nintendo left it up there for a little while to get a buzz going. I mean, it's obviously referencing Majora's Mask. (A bit scary that Dawn of a Final Day coincides with the 21st...)
C) They didn't mean to announce it yet and realized they fucked up and we should watch for a Nintendo Direct or something coming up.

I'd go for a combination of B and C. They wanted to say "zelda fans go watch the Nintendo Direct" but they were a little too obvious about what it actually was going to be with the wording of their hint so they decided to pull the tweet.

Part of me says this is as likely as an official Mother 3 localization, but the another part of me says its only logical since they rebuild the Oot engine, might as well remake MM, and the final part of me says there is absolutely no way Nintendo wouldn't remake my favorite Zelda game on 3DS when they already remade OoT.
