TBH I'd just get a hex editor and do it manually.

finally got my shiny starter! has modest nature

Wow! How much time did you spend for that?

a few hours now, i lost count of all the resets

How did you do it , Did you use a cheat or something.

save infront of bianca > choose starter > see if shiny > if not, reset to menu > load save game > repeat

This will take like for ever but quite a smart way.

i believe that event pokemon are hard scripted and cannot be shinny unless cheating... that also makes the starters imposible to be shiny

Starters CAN be shiny. Event ones can't. In-game specials (such as legendaries) kinda depends. For example, in BW, only Reshiram and Zekrom can't be shiny iirc. Btw, since we have a discussion thread now, this one will be solely for AP so yea.

You are so off, it's hilarious. Again, you did not, nor ever will get it. You had to be there at the time Foxi4 dumped it.
U think I don't know it's been dumped considering I have the rom. Srsly. *facepalm. Next time, just don't plain comment. 'cause it makes you look silly.
