Sorry for that. I just went to my local Walmart and I asked if I still could preorder the Wii U and they said that they dont do preorders that will have it available on launch day. Could this mean in launch day I could go and find one? My local Walmart is always open 24/7 so will they sell it on midnight? How much early should I be on the store?

Just pre-ordered the Deluxe bundle complete with ZombiU from Amazon. May get Nintendo Land or something as well.

I'd honestly go there the day before and see how many people are actually hovering around the gaming area... there are going to be many desperate people camping out to get one in the U.S.

Thanks. Now I dont need to desparately sell my gaming laptop to get an overpriced one on eBay.
I also enlisted on 5 different Gamestop Wii U Wait List.

He's clearly trying to justify jacking the price up(if he can find anywhere that still is selling them apparently) to whatever he sees fit(his so called "finder's fee", which he gives no insight on) as I doubt you'll find many, if any, offers for just a little above the actual price of the console itself(the ones with a 'little' extra as an autobuy; the other bidding ones are lasting a while because they know the offers will go up naturally in a situation like this). He's basically saying he's doing you a favor(good) by waiting in line, etc.

I'm not going to put a curse on him or anything for doing so, as it is a pretty smart move in general and if you have a pre-order/orders you may do whatever you want with them, it just really irks me when I see someone, who clearly is out to make the most out of it as they can and probably couldn't care less about genuinely helping someone/others out, try to act like they're doing an act of kindness.

Out of the several times I've gone through Ebay looking for such offers, I've only found one person as of now who has the starting bid at the retail price and it's ending within 24 hours, but it'll obviously be eaten up by crazy offers by then. I'd be extremely shocked if nobody tried to snag it for as low as possible, considering others are trying to sell theirs for $600-700+.

I'm not going to jack anything up. I'll be in possession of an item that someone is willing to pay money for. I will let the market and demand determine how much they will pay. This is the free market at its best. I'll likely be able to pay off at least one credit card with the money I'll make, and be able to afford a WiiU when demand isn't so insanely crazy. This is called smart business.

Stop wasting everyone's time, including your own: You're not convincing anyone. You're a selfish con who's in complete denial, and you damn well know it. If you want to do that and let it sit on your conscience, then fine, I can't stop you. But don't try to pass off your actions as noble and fair, because they're not.

ROFL!

Someone is feeling butthurt about the free market. Learn to capitalize and you won't feel so shafted.

Anybody who buys multiple consoles and jacks the price up 300% is a dick.

The EBGames here actually knows how to prevent that stuff. They ask for your address and everything, and they have the rule "one per household". They ask for your address when you purchase/pre-order, and when it comes time to paying, you gotta provide proof of address. If you don't have it or it doesn't match, no console for you.

Sadly I don't think any one here was able to actually preorder 2 simply because I've been told Nintendo is planning on being out stock again day 1 like with Wii so they are planning and preparing ahead of time. In other words 1 console per customer, at least were Gamestop is concerned! lol

This is called smart business.
Mother goes into a store to buy/preorder a Wii U for her child. Waits in line. "Sorry, we're sold out"

Mom goes home and has to buy it online for $600 from some jackass that bought 2 Wii U's that just happend to be from the same store that this mother would have been able to buy the product at its normal price if this ass hadnt decided they wanted to sell the thing for more money than they paid. Smart business or fucking people over for your own benefit?

I don't give 2 cares about your ill-gotten gains. I just feel sorry for the honest customers who wanted to preorder and weren't able to because of lowlifes like you. And by the way...

...You're not even a smart businessman or money-manager. If you were, you wouldn't have put yourself into such a situation that you feel like you need to make ill-gotten gains to pay off a credit card. My income is currently zero and my bills are sky-high and I still manage to be more honest than you. And I'm no ethical angel, either, I admit it (just take a look at some of my recent post history). What does that say about you? Pathetic.

Or, mom does the smart thing and waits for a few weeks until she can get one after launch, as does everyone else who preordered, leaving jerks like Crono completely screwed by their own selfishness. We can only hope that's would happen, but alas, we know it won't.

If the guy wanted to pre-order 2 then he has every right to do so. GFY. Morally wrong to do so for getting others $$, but at the end of the day, if he can afford to do it to gain profit, then that's his choice.

As I said, learn to read. :P

I've read your comments, how about shut your face kid.

No you didn't. If you had, you wouldn't feel the need to point out something that I obviously already said, as if I didn't already agree. You're the one who told us to stop bitching, so why don't you kindly stop being a hypocrite? Thank you for your cooperation. :)

At any rate, what's needed to be said has been said before you got here. So goodbye.
