Hacking Pokemon Black/White 2 European

Hello there, Pokemon black/white 2 gets released on 7/10 and on the same day the new pokemon Genesect gets released also on Mystery Gift, thing is i don't know if the rom will be available on the same day or not but some of us as DSTT users cant open roms that don't have their name on the DAT files, and since that pokemon Genesect gets released only on that day, could you maybe release the Dat file for both US and Europe roms on the same day so we could also get that pokemon?

so it will be exactly like you downloaded it
