Yeah, I delete the .sav and .dtc every time I edit files and re-copy the ROM on.

I might just leave it for tomorrow. It's 11:30pm here tomorrow and I gotta be up early tomorrow.

Hopefully there's a confirmed fix tomorrow... Or more reliable download links.

I'm not trying to be cruel or offensive or anything like that, but this is no 'help'.
This is repeating what someone else has said repeatedly, whilst not advancing the issue any bit.

I, alongside 8Bit, have tried clean for all version of the ROM I downloaded (about 4 different versions (apparently)), and none have proven successful on my SCDS2.

It would be cool if someone who's gotten it working on their DS2 could upload their file or something, because I've updated, and changed all the files (EOS and that stuff) to suit what I've been told I require, and nothing has been successful.

I wouldn't think it's the system that matters in this instance but the FlashCart.

Eventually, there may be a universal patch to work on all cards. It will take some time for something like that to come out though. I'd give it a week.

even in clean mode in supercard DStwo the game freezes from time to time, when you try to go though the menus.

I do indeed, and have been waiting for this. At the same time, I know that Wood R4 is on the down, especially compared to newer ones. Thanks though I shall wait.

Well, that's odd. So you never encountered the white screen? I've tried both patch and clean settings, and I still get the white screen. Surely there's got to be something I'm missing.
