I can guess whyI've noticed is that both my PAL and NTSC versions of SSBM take some time to load when I select them in the CFG menu. It takes about 5 seconds until I can choose to start the games or change the options. This does not happen with Wiiflow. However, Wiiflow is unable to detect Beyond Good & Evil for some reason.

The game got over 1600 files if extracted, and I calculate the game size by checking all sizes of the files, well with so many files it takes a bit to calculate, I'll may add some small file which contains the size in the game folder or something like that...
